Presentation of the project content:
The main activity of F&R Partner Ltd. is the production of bakery products, and its turnover is entirely derived from this activity.
As a result of the project, F&R Partner Ltd. has established a product innovation with the introduction of gluten-free bagels and gluten-free snacks.
The introduction of the production of gluten-free products will help the company to achieve its policy objectives of differentiating its offer, following market and production trends and strengthening its competitiveness. The products to be used will meet the strict standards, and the production of high quality products will give the company a strong position in the market.
For the production of the bejgli, the Fritsch fine bakery line was purchased as part of the project. The equipment will enable the company to meet the most varied consumer requirements, and will also allow the company to specify products in the future. The production of extruded snacks was not previously a part of the company's activities. The company has managed to find a supplier who can provide corn that is completely free of cross-contamination, so that the company can produce a product of sufficient quality. Its production can be done all year round. Within the framework of the present project, the equipment supporting the innovation of the company's product has been purchased: 1 SLG85-II extrusion machine, 1 Fritsch Euroline fine bakery line.
