Presentation of the project content:
The main activity of F&R Partner Ltd. is the production of bakery products, and its turnover is entirely derived from this activity.
Based on a preliminary market survey, it became clear to the company's management that there was a significant increase in demand for gluten-free products. Based on this, they decided to expand the product range of the company with a completely new product, gluten-free breadcrumbs, which will be purchased within the framework of this project.
Since gluten-free products must be manufactured in strict separation from the place of use of normal wheat flour, the company would only produce gluten-free products at its Székesfehérvár site.
With the help of the equipment to be purchased, the company will create a completely separate production process system at its Székesfehérvár site.
The company will also move to a new level in the field of production management and programming, as the commitment to implement IPAR 4.0 will ensure low stock levels of raw materials and goods, and reduce lead times.

- Gluten-free breadcrumbs production line
- Indoor flour system
- Pallet wrapping machine
- Packing machine
- Production management, production programming system
